Buying from this website

All items for sale on this website have been made by Tessa Wolfe Murray.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us and receive a full refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of your order’s arrival by emailing tessa@wolfemurrayceramics.co.uk. You will receive your refund when the work has been returned undamaged.

Delivery

Postage and packaging costs have been added to your invoice. We will use a reputable national express courier. We aim to ship your purchase within 4 working days following placement of your order. 

Dimensions

All measurements are approximate. Sizes are given for the width, depth and height. The measurement units used are in centimetres (cm).

Payment methods

For your safety and security we use PayPal who accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.
